Tim Curry was reportedly up for the role of the Head Vampire Damaskinos in Blade 2.

Lords turned down an offer to star in the Blade sequel after her co-starring role as Raquel in the first movie. She would've had a central role as the sister of her character in the first movie. the storyline was dropped from the movie.
